There are several other Rear Speaker Panels made by other companies, but they use particle board or ABS plastic. We are the only company making them in Fiberglass. Ours are stronger and wont fall apart after 2 summers. Fits behind the rear seat, there are hidden flanges on the sides that attach to the metal behind the lower headliner fabric. It snugs up against the bottom of the rear glass rubber. It has two 10 x 14" area for speakers, come in Black or Whiter, can be painted or covered. You still have access to the storage area behind the rear seat, since ours does not rest on top of the seat. Fits all years of Bugs and Supers. 1957 and older cars require triming. Comes with hardware and made in USA.
