We have had a love/hate relationship with Empi, they made cool stuff, but went the cheap route having it produced in other countries. We found some new plastic side scoops, then made a mold from them and produced them in FIBERGLASS, here in the USA! You can paint them, bond them to your car, or use screws. But they will NEVER crack like those cheap ABS ones. They will fit all years of bugs, we have had people use them on other cars too. Sold in pairs. We now have a newer better looking Scoop, the opening can be done with a drill or jigsaw giving your car a very cool look.
